Automatic update from web-platform-tests [soft navs] Add pointerup-triggered soft navigation test This CL adds a tentative WPT for soft navigations initiated from a pointerup interaction. Chromium m147+ supports soft navigation detection for events that receive Event Timing interaction IDs, including pointerup, but soft-navigation-heuristics does not currently have pointerup-driven coverage.
