Automatic update from web-platform-tests [line-break] Relax the `DCHECK` for `BreakText` results This `DCHECK` was useful to find logic errors in earlier days, but it's also possible to hit for valid cases. This patch removes the `DCHECK` as this part of the code is quite stable for a while and all reports these days are about valid cases.
