Automatic update from web-platform-tests Fix infinite recursion in text-fit consistent layout When CssTextFit is enabled and text-fit target is consistent, BlockLayoutAlgorithm::LayoutInlineChild computes the scale by cloning itself. However, since the cloned algorithm is not aware it is in the measuring phase, it creates yet another clone and recurses infinitely. This adds an is_measuring_text_fit_ flag to prevent infinite layout loops.
