In `nsJSContext::AddSupportsPrimitiveTojsvals` in nsJSEnvironment.cpp, use
`aArgv->setNumber` to match the other `aArgv->set*` calls there.

In Codegen.py this fixes two stale references to TI. This is for generating the
`JSJitInfo` data used by the JIT.
