# PR_DestroyLock

Destroys a specified lock object.

### Parameter

: A pointer to a lock object.

## Caution
|
|
|
|
The caller must ensure that no thread is currently in a lock-specific
|
|
function. Locks do not provide self-referential protection against
|
|
deletion.
|
