bryner@brianryner.com	64dca58997	Reduce do_GetService code bloat further by adding specialized assignment to nsCOMPtr and providing a version with no error pointer. bsmedberg@covad.net	9bace4bf49	Bug 224829 - docshell should not require non-gecko interface nsIBrowserHistory. This was fixed by introducing a new interface nsIGlobalHistory2 to replace the current nsIGlobalHistory.
