rods@netscape.com a1ed5b3a4f This checkin enables mozilla to support the printing of selection, the printing of page ranges, and 
the printing of headers and footers.
Printing of selection is implemented by the frames figuring out if they are in the selection and painting
if they or not they they don't paint. This also only allows the printing of the first page of
selections, alothough it is well documented where this is implemeted so it can be removed.

dbaron@fas.harvard.edu d0e6838ec2 Fix leak on hovering over a scrollbar and re-fix similar leak for text inputs (bug 42895) by adding a "general" method for unrooting anonymous content created through nsIAnonymousContentCreator, plus a hack to deal with the scrollbars on the root element. Some of the other SetDocumentForAnonymousContent methods *may* need to be implemented. kmcclusk@netscape.com 9a5a3b6405 Removed nsGfxButtonControlFrame's MouseClick method. It uses it's base classes (nsHTMLButtonControlFrame) 
MouseClick instead. Reworked nsHTMLButton::MouseClick factoring out code to get Reset and Submit button
types so MouseClick can be re-used by the nsGfxButtonControlFrame.
Fix for bug 13462. Set the nsHTMLButtonControlFrame's mForm in the initial reflow.

I factored out the part where border and padding is added in so it can be overridden.

Added style rules to set submit, reset, and browse buttons default labels.
