wtc@netscape.com	f9f5e37dd6	NO_NSPR_PRIVATE_HEADER_BRANCH landing. Removed the inclusions of ... private NSPR headers (prosdep.h and primpl.h) from the Mozilla source. This is a (mostly) unmodified version of lib/libnet broken up into functional areas It should be binary compatible with the lib created by lib/libnet but is now 10 libs.
