Bug 2064594 - Update custom icons with tighter margins, and use the older 2004 variant. r=yazan

The 2004 variant we used was from the tail end of 2004 when Firefox 1.0 was released, but
apparently most people expected the variant for 2004 to be the one from versions 0.8 to 0.10,
so we're swapping in that asset instead.

The margins around the Momo and Retro 2017 variants have also been tightened up.
