Bug 2057112: Part 1 - Rename ModulePaths to ModuleIdentifiers r=win-reviewers,necko-reviewers,media-playback-reviewers,padenot,gstoll

Rename-only, since ModuleIdentifiers will be used in later parts, instead of
just paths.  No substantive changes.
