Jeff Muizelaar 9e3d016bae Bug 2039980 - Add toc to performance/index.md. r=mstange ...

This adds a hidden toctree to index.md that uses a glob to find all the entries
in the performance and performance/memory sub directories.

Having the toctree creates a parent child relationship between the pages and
will let the performance pages have a "Performance" breadcrumb.
