mjudge@netscape.com 020966f5bc adding in nsISelectioncontroller idl for line up/down. fixing editor controller usage for input and textareas. changin nsGfxTextControlFrame.cpp to add editor controllers at the time we need them, not when the control is created due to the delay of the nsEditor creation. nsPresShell implements the new nsISelectionController interfaces. changed makefiles to reflect missing nsEditorController also.
