Automatic update from web-platform-tests Patch Rust xml crate for EOL normalization This patch normalizes CRLF and CR to LF in the Rust xml crate lexer, bringing it closer to XML 1.1 compliance and ensuring consistent behavior in Chromium's XML parser. A new web test is added to verify the normalization in DOMParser.
