Automatic update from web-platform-tests Split RTCDataChannel-send-close* web tests even more to avoid timeouts Splits these three tests into six tests, dividing each test's runtime in half. The original test ran two test cases: 1. Datachannel with default options. 2. Datachannel with negotiated options. This change splits each of these test cases into their own file, creating a new file for the negotiated data channels like RTCDataChannel-send-close-string-negotiated.window.js. A prior change split this single test into three new tests: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/6913845 This resulted in three tests with a ~60 second runtime in some environments: https://github.com/web-platform-tests/wpt/pull/54772#issuecomment-3300586196 This change should reduce each test's runtime to ~30 seconds. Locally, on my powerful developer machine, each test takes ~8 seconds.
