Automatic update from web-platform-tests [Extension][WPT] Add semicolon to trigger WPT runner cache update Currently Chromium WPT manifest caching has cached[1] this test as a `support` item, rather than as a `testharness` item. ``` $ jq -c 'paths | select(.[-1] == "browser.runtime.extension.js")' \ third_party/blink/web_tests/external/WPT_BASE_MANIFEST_8.json ["items","support","web-extensions","browser.runtime.extension.js"] ``` This causes the Chromium WPT runner to not find the test correctly since it doesn't look for `support` entries. The caching won't fix itself because the git hash of browser.runtime.extension.js has not changed. Adding the semicolon causes the git hash of browser.runtime.extension.js to change and update the cache entry to `testharness` on the next roll of WPT (after this submits upstream to github.com/web-platform-tests/wpt).
