Automatic update from web-platform-tests Fix popover top-layer nesting WPT helper and hints test expectations Fix a few issues with the popover top-layer nesting WPT: - The `data-stay-open-fullscreen` attribute was added but never implemented in https://crrev.com/c/7727959. - User activation can be performed before the test starts, to avoid problems with the user activation `click` triggering light dismiss. - Fixed up expectations around nesting hints inside autos.
