[ChromeDriver] Update GetVisibleText Atom from Selenium
This CL updates the selenium-atoms dependency in third_party to revision
c0b8ff6451419542dcecc53c922e1a79e4dc3940.
This roll updates the GetVisibleText atom, which resolves a regression
in how the CSS property `text-transform: capitalize` processes text
containing underscores. Previously, underscores were incorrectly treated
as word boundaries, causing characters immediately following underscores
to be capitalized (e.g., returning 'Test_Text' instead of 'Test_text').
A new regression test has been added to run_py_tests.py.
Additionally, this updates the WPT test
interactionid-keyboard-event-simulated-click-link-enter.html.
The new Selenium `isShown` atom ignores text nodes containing only
structural whitespace. As a result, the empty `<a>` element in that WPT
test now correctly reports its size as 0x0 and visibility as false.
Because WebDriver's `Element Send Keys` requires elements to be visible,
the test was failing with `element not interactable`. This is fixed by
adding visible text to the anchor tag.
