Automatic update from web-platform-tests [float] Fix placement of floats in VLR writing-mode. Previously we just used the ascent to fix the placement, this was incorrect in flipped-lines writing-modes, but rarely an issue as ascent == descent most of the time in vertical modes. Use the descent in flipped-lines writing-modes.
