Automatic update from web-platform-tests Expand fuzziness for transform3d-preserve3d-013 This test has very permissive fuzziness. We are seeing failures on mac because anti aliasing on the drawn borders is darker in the result than in the ref by 12 points (color channel diff). This CL expands the fuzziness slightly to help the tests pass.
