Automatic update from web-platform-tests [iframe] Keep the last natural size This patch keeps the last natural size received from the embedded content in `HTMLFrameOwnerElement`. When the content navigates out, and that `ChildFrameView` no longer has a natural size, `LayoutIFrame` uses it. There are some conditions this needs to be reset. They will be in future patches.
