Automatic update from web-platform-tests Update tests for print-color-adjust. (#51723) Specify `print-color-adjust:exact` in tests that test background printing. This is in preparation for disabling backgrounds by default when WPT-printing (just like browsers do), so that `print-color-adjust:economy` (the initial value) can be tested at all.
