Automatic update from web-platform-tests [invalidation] Fix under-invalidation of overflow-clip-margin. If the <reference-box> for overflow-clip-margin was content-box we didn't invalidate our clip if the padding changed. Mark the LayoutBox as needing a paint-property update for this case.
