Similar to previous patch, percentage column-gap should be resolved against `availableContentISize`, which is the content-box inline-size of `ColumnSetWrapperFrame`. Quote the spec text https://drafts.csswg.org/css-align/#gap-percent, ``` gap always resolves percentages against the corresponding size of the content box of the element. ``` Differential Revision: https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D280192
