Automatic update from web-platform-tests Ruby: Only handle overflow if there's content. If there was a float after a RUBY element with just whitespace inside, the float would be seen as a leading float in PositionLeadingFloats(), which seems correct. At the same time, however, if `text-indent` was larger than the container inline-size, such a RUBY would trigger a line break before the float (which was seen as leading), causing some confusion. The crash in `PhysicalContractedBoxRect()` / `FragmentForEdge()` is from new code, but the assumptions that the new code makes there should be valid. Fix the underlying issue instead, which is also a ruby correctness issue. Include one test for that, and one test for the multicol crash.
