Morten Stenshorne 8a36699fbc Bug 1958564 [wpt PR 51864] - Let non-auto column-height establish a multicol., a=testonly
Automatic update from web-platform-tests
Let non-auto `column-height` establish a multicol.

So far, only non-auto `column-width` or `column-count` would trigger
creation of a multicol container. Now the same is the case for non-auto
`column-height`.
