Automatic update from web-platform-tests [layout] Fix <select multiple> within a column flexbox. In: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/6498560 we call CalculateIntrinsicBlockSizeIgnoringChildren which assumes that we wont touch any children as they may not have been laid out yet. This was an incorrect assumption, specifically a "<select multiple>" inspects its children querying their size to determine its default intrinsic block-size. See "ListBoxItemBlockSize" Not great! Ideally we'd remove the code in ListBoxItemBlockSize, and add some special logic within BlockLayoutAlgorithm to mitigate this, but that's a larger change. For now - just plumb a bool through "children_have_geometry" to indicate if we are allowed to inspect a child's geometry.
