Automatic update from web-platform-tests Don't prevent margin propagation from descendants after a break. Margins from descendants of a same-formatting-context block container with no trailing padding/border should only stop propagating if the container has a definitive block-size, or if its intrinsic block-size differs from its final size (can be caused by e.g. min-block-size). Our check for the latter part here was wrong: The final block-size included the total of all fragments, whereas the intrinisic block-size part was only for the last fragment.
