Remove redundant image() tests from css-backgrounds

The image(<color>) functional notation is fully covered by the
dedicated tests under css-images/ (image-color-* reftests and
parsing/image-function-*). Drop the duplicate coverage that had
accumulated in css-backgrounds. The light-dark() cases that merely
embed image() as an argument are kept, since they exercise
light-dark().
