The A1->B->A2 frame tree forwarded its result up through two nested fetch_tests_from_window() calls. That protocol relies on multiple start/test_state/result messages plus a getmessages catch-up replay, none of which are delivered reliably across process boundaries under Fission: the top frame would receive only the final 'result' message and never the preceding 'test_state', so RemoteContext.test_done dereferenced an undefined remote_test (TypeError: can't access property "update_state_from", remote_test is undefined). Replace the nested fetch_tests_from_window() machinery with a single postMessage to window.top. The innermost same-site frame reports whether the partitioned cookie is visible, and the top-level page attaches its message listener before creating the iframe so the result can never be missed. A single cross-process postMessage is reliable, unlike the multi-message remote-harness protocol. Differential Revision: https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D308767
