Since we add an API to turn on isolated process for content service, so GeckoView application can turn on it. The isolated process cannot start any services (including creating new process from this). So it also means that we cannot start media services from isolated process. Then, if it is turned on, content process will crash when playing a video now. To avoid this crash, we should disable Java's PDM if isolated process is turned on, even if `media.android-media-codec.enabled` is true. Of cource, this causes content process cannot play any video, but it is better not to work, instead of crashing content process.
