Makoto Kato 3a56dc0136 Bug 1973745 - Use arrow function for resize handler. r=geckoview-reviewers,tcampbell
When setting focus to element, browser console shows the following
error when using newer Android such as API 30. This issue occurs if
window isn't resized.

```
"TypeError: can't access property "window", this is undefined"
````

The resize handler uses `this.window`, but `this` object may be different
into function block. So we should use arrow function instead.

Even if we set interactive-widget in meta element, Android 7 will resize
a window, so we cannot reproduce this on our CI. There is no way to
write unit test on our CI.
