Jan Varga 00009515e3 Bug 2049623 - Run CSS Backgrounds WPT with Typed OM enabled; r=firefox-style-system-reviewers,dshin

Flipping the Typed OM pref exposes additional passing CSS Backgrounds WPT that
depend on Typed OM.

Enable the relevant tests with Typed OM enabled to increase coverage, prevent
regressions, and keep this coverage separate from enabling Typed OM by default
in Nightly.
