Sometimes there are rogue mitmdump processes after an AWSY or Raptor test gets interrupted. These processes can use a lot of CPU and/or memory for the user. This patch adds signal event handling to attempt to deal with these processes by capturing such events (e.g. keyboard interrupt) and killing the mitmdump process.
