A retried test, or a test referenced from several manifests, reuses the same upload directory. Writing profile_<test>.json unconditionally let a later failure overwrite an earlier one, so the log message from the first failure pointed at a profile of a different failure. Add a numeric suffix when the file already exists so every failing run keeps its own profile. Differential Revision: https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D307006
