This is used for ui-test-apk to distinguish between fenix and focus,
entirely separate from the `shipping_product` attribute that is used by
release promotion.  Remove the attribute for non-ui-test-apk tasks as
unused, and in ui-test-apk replace it with a local task field populated
via task-context.
