Andrew Halberstadt d39248090e Bug 2033838 - [ci] Add a head_git_repository parameter to determine where the corresponding head_git_rev is from, r=taskgraph-reviewers,bhearsum
For the well known release / integration branches, this will just be
hardcoded. For Try, this will be set via parameter overrides.
