Replace JUnit assertNotNull with kotlin.test.assertNotNull and assertTrue(x is T) with assertIs<T>(x) in the flagged tests, then drop the JUnitAssertNotNull and AssertTrueInsteadOfAssertIs baseline entries. Differential Revision: https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D310437

Setting up the dependency
Use Gradle to download the library from maven.mozilla.org (Setup repository):
