Remove overly strict MOZ_ASSERT(leaf) in PlatformCaretMoveEvent since TextLeafPoint::GetCaret can legitimately return null due to IPC races between tree and selection updates. The null case is already handled. Annotate 348729-1.html and 460389-1.html with expected assertion counts on Android. Differential Revision: https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D294002
