Only libevent's core event loop is used, via the IPC message pump, so the HTTP,
DNS, buffer/bufferevent and tagging modules are no longer compiled into libxul.
Adds a moz.yaml so future updates can be done with mach vendor, and reworks
README.mozilla to match.
