It's been years in the making! 😅 I return to revendoring ANGLE with _tons_ of support from @jnicol, who has done much (most?) of the work associated with this patch. The most important call-outs I can give here are:
- This patch has are a _huge_ number of changes, but don't feel like you need to scrutinize everything exhaustively. This patch only imports changes from upstream ANGLE. In general, we don't expect reviewers to exhaustively review vendored source for code in, say, `third_party/` (which we eventually hope to move our checkout to).
- This revendoring required nontrivial changes to the update script, which is in a previous patch in this stack.
- Some Mochitests required adjustments in a previous patch in this stack.
