- AnimationTimeline::CurrentTime becomes a virtual with a base implementation that sets the CSSNumberish to a plain double (ms). - DocumentTimeline inherits the base double impl. - ScrollTimeline overrides GetCurrentTime to return a percent CSSUnitValue on Nightly when layout.css.typed-om.enabled is set, falling back to the base double otherwise.
