Prepar for switching the ToDOMAnimated* / ToDOMBaseVal / ToDOMAnimVal factories
to return MovingNotNull<RefPtr<...>>. That return type requires its template
argument to be complete at the function declaration, which means SVGAnimated*.h
files need to include the corresponding DOMSVGAnimated*.h files. This change
stops those DOMSVGAnimated*.h files from including the SVGAnimated*.h files,
since that would form a cycles.
* DOMSVGAnimatedBoolean.h: forward-declare SVGAnimatedBoolean and move
BaseVal/SetBaseVal/AnimVal inline bodies into DOMSVGAnimatedBoolean.cpp.
* DOMSVGAnimatedString.h: forward-declare SVGAnimatedClassOrString and
move the destructor and Get/Set base/anim val inline bodies into
DOMSVGAnimatedString.cpp.
* SVGAnimatedPreserveAspectRatio.h: reorder so DOMSVGAnimatedPreserveAspectRatio
is defined before SVGAnimatedPreserveAspectRatio (which references it).
