Edgar Chen 86fd4f61cb Bug 2008931 - Remove dom.serializer.includeCommonAncestor.enabled pref; r=masayuki ...

This patch also deletes the pref-gated ancestor-inclusion path in
nsHTMLCopyEncoder::PromoteRange along with the now-unused
PromoteAncestorChain method and RangeInNode struct.
