This add `TreeKind::FlatForSelection` which should ignore the UA shadow trees which are created in `<details>`, `<video>`, SVG `<use>`, etc because their children are not selectable or slotted and reordered by the shadow tree so that `Selection` and `AbstractRange` need to work with their children in the non-flattened tree. This patch does not change the behavior. It'll be done by a following patch. Differential Revision: https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D281304
