This adds `browserNova.toml` files to each urlbar browser test subdirectory. Each one sets `browser.nova.enabled` and imports the main `browser.toml` in that subdirectory. I added a `urlbar-nova` tag to make it easier to run tests with Nova enabled. Examples: ``` ./mach mochitest -f browser --tag urlbar-nova browser/components/urlbar/tests/ ./mach mochitest -f browser --tag urlbar-nova browser/components/urlbar/tests/browser/browser_revert.js ``` I went ahead and added a `urlbar` tag too, including to all existing `browser.toml` files. If you run a test without a tag or with the `urlbar` tag, then it will be run twice, with and without Nova. It would be nice to have a single `browserNova.toml` inside the urlbar's root `browser` directory that imports the manifests of all the subdirectories. That way each subdir wouldn't need its own `browserNova.toml`. But that doesn't work due to support files. The test runner expects each support file to be in the root `browser` directory, so you get an error when running `./mach mochitest` like this: ``` mozpack.errors.ErrorMessage: error: Symlink target path does not exist: /Users/adw/mc/browser/components/urlbar/tests/POSTSearchEngine.xml ``` I could have updated all the support file declarations so that they start with `/`, which I think would fix that problem [1], but then we'd need to update each test that uses them since their paths on the server would be different. That's more invasive than adding `browserNova.toml` files everywhere. Once Nova is enabled by default, we can simply remove these new manifests.
