Currently, Firefox Refresh doesn't work for SelectableProfiles and this patch aims to fix that. Firefox Refresh is mentioned multiple times on SUMO as a way to troubleshoot issue so it is important that we enable this as more and more users onboard into the SelectableProfileService. We have to treat the case of a SelectableProfile slightly different from a toolkit profile because we need to update the path to the profile in the database. This patch solves this case by setting some environment variables before restarting so that the migration process knows it is reseting a selectable profile. The environment variables set are SELECTABLE_PROFILE_RESET_PATH, which is the absolute path of the profile being reset and SELECTABLE_PROFILE_RESET_STORE_ID so that the ProfilesDatastoreService and SelectableProfileService know which database to connect to during migration.
