- Updates IPProtectionPanel to track multiple components and handle their states across different panelviews. - Adds and registers a new `IPProtectionLocationsElement` wrapper component. - Adds a `showLocationSelector()` method to switch views and listens for the IPProtection:UserShowLocations event from the UI to call it.
