When the user clicks confirm in the turn-on-scheduled-backups dialog,
probe read access to the selected backup directory. If access is denied,
clear the location and show an error. Also add PrepareRestoreDialog to
wait for findBackupsInWellKnownLocations before opening the restore dialog.
