DBL_MAX has 309 integer digits, not 308, so ToFixed(DBL_MAX, 100) overflows the stack buffer our
to-fixed-dbl-max.patch sizes from kMaxFixedDigitsBeforePoint. Reachable via mozilla::Smprintf.
