Move Mozilla Central's vendored copy of Pixman from `gfx/cairo/libpixman` into `gfx/pixman`. This commit makes no changes to Pixman source code, and changes `moz.build` files only as required. Details: - Drop the `lib` from `libpixman`. The project's website is `www.pixman.org`, the upstream repository is just called `pixman`, and the source directory within that repository is `pixman`. And everything we're vendoring into Mozilla Central is a library anyway, so the `lib` prefix doesn't seem informative. - As with Cairo, we introduce a parent directory, `gfx/pixman`, to hold Mozilla metadata like vendoring notes, local patches, and eventually a `moz.yaml` file. So `gfx/cairo/libpixman` becomes `gfx/pixman/pixman/`. - `gfx/cairo/libpixman/src` becomes `gfx/pixman/pixman/pixman`. This is pretty redundant, but the Pixman repo itself puts the main sources in a subdirectory named `pixman`. It seems simplest to keep our directory structure parallel with the upstream sources.
